Chest workout at home make easy by following these step:
- 15 x standard push up
- 15 x wide push up (at least about 4 inches wider than the standard push up)
- 15 x wide push up with hand pointing out
- 15 x close push up with elbows in
- 15 x hopping push up
- 15 x Alligator Crawls
3 rounds with 1 minutes rest in between.
I kind of like the alligator crawl style ^_^
