Chest workout at home make easy by following these step:

  1. 15 x standard push up
  2. 15 x wide push up (at least about 4 inches wider than the standard push up)
  3. 15 x wide push up with hand pointing out
  4. 15 x close push up with elbows in
  5. 15 x hopping push up
  6. 15 x Alligator Crawls

3 rounds with 1 minutes rest in between.

I kind of like the alligator crawl style ^_^
