This is really a good workout for those who want to startup something and to have a stronger body and better body shape. It’s suitable to girls too.

  1. Push up – 30 secs
  2. Toe Touches – 30 secs
  3. Squats – 30 secs
  4. High knees – 30 secs

3 rounds with rest 30 secs – 1mins in between
